You should follow up on this. Lots of division and coming together in the last 8 months. Although I believe in kindness and paying-it-forward, those are beliefs not actions.
I have to ask myself when I last acted on my beliefs. Daily is preferable but I've been very isolated for over a year; however, I can easily bring instances to mind when people were kind to me this week.

If you're serious about this. There is a class in the WDC New Horizons Academy that teaches this. I've taken it two or three times to help me get my books planned and started. percy goodfellow is the teacher and he's very good.
of course we all do. If it continues for more than a few days in a stretch you may need to change your diet. Eat things in the afternoon and evening that promote good sleep. take some melatonin before bed.
