I have been cooking so long I can't remember when I started. However, I don't follow recipes per say as I create my own culinary profiles. Here, I will share my exploits for anyone who would like to try them out for themselves or pass them along to family and friends who may enjoy them.
I should warn you that I am whole foods plant bases no dairy no animal products at all. I also tend to go light on the sugar, salt, and oil, preferring to use natural flavors and spices to enhance my efforts.
My cuisine ranges from simple to complex from American to Mexican, Italian, Indian and African so there is something here everyone can enjoy.
