This is not just a collections of personal musing but it is a place where I can vent. Talking about daily events on the local, state, and national scene is my way of letting off steam so I don't come home and kick the dog!

We are all the Captain of our own "Ship of Fools." We go where the current of the times take us and we do what we must to be able to sleep at night. Now this Captain will speak his mind about that current and about the ocean on which we each sail.......

So, I did comment on this waaaaaay baaaaaack when. Long enough ago to make it as if I read it for the first time! It still puts a smile on my face.

One of those times when the party seems to be winding down just as you take of your jacket to join in.

Congratulations on a full and completed journal. It's a shame I couldn’t join in from its inception.

With any luck I’ll have a chance to peruse the entirety of this journal in the future and get a better observation of your life and your views of the world about us.

You are a talented and well spoken gentleman and I am look forward to seeing many more of your entries in the years to come.

I feel badly that there is such a kerfuffle over nothing and you have been caught in the crossfire.
I can't think of many others on WDC who make more of an effort to be inclusive than you. You have nothing to apologize for, in my humble opinion.

Remember. It must be a short rest. Long rests just make us sleepier. Inertia. Think inertia. Then get your fingers in motion on the sequel.

I didn't find you Random Thoughts until somewhere around 400 to 420 entries. Sorry, make that 401-421 entries. I will always consider it a lucky day when I did find it.

Just an idea for your first entry on the sequel: How the heck did you first meet that nutjob CC?

I am shocked and angry anyone would attack your motives and/or efforts in what you do with the Blogville Newsletter. It is a fine work that obviously takes great care and dedication.

There are devious elements out there who will always begrudge honest effort and true caring. They are the same people who snap and shoot up high schools and post offices. Who cares what they think? They are the only ones keeping themselves out of the reindeer games of others.
