This poem is about endings.
[Introduction]

The time has come my friend.
You knew that it would end.
It seems like it's all lost.
But I'll remember you at a cost.
The rainy days feel like forever, the sunny ones never last.
We should look into the future, and not forget the past.
A day can last a year, a year seems like a day.
It's time for me to go, I wish that I could stay.
Everyone you meet, you eventually leave behind.
My life is in fast-forward, I want to push rewind.
Life will always be full of twists and turns.
Think of it as a lesson that maybe one day you'll learn.
And when the end has come, our lives are finally through.
I hope that you'll think of me, and I'll think of you too.
