Knotty branch twisted round’
O’ safe shelter nestled high
Reaching towards turquoise sky
Jenny Wren will care for…
Victuals’ of decency and grace
The hatchling awed and grateful
Chirp sweet song so all can hear
Tender wing so soft and dear
Fall into that fading light
Tumultuous, uncertain
On this journey, this maiden flight
Jenny Wren will comfort
