I am the villain this time! Bwa ha ha ha ha!
[Introduction]
Welcome to your doom great hero! I am the infamous story destroyer Xard! Try as you might to defeat me in combat but you shall never succeed.
Hi there it's me 2 Winged Dragon and I've decided to try something new. As I make new friends I shall invite them to this Campfire in which I play the villian. This villian is one whom I've created and is in other stories for this character can go into any story he chooses. I will teleport to different locations (feel free to help pick them) and attempt to aid the villians there. As the hero it is your job to stop and put an end to me. Xard will still appear in my other stories though, regardless of what ever happens to him. In this story I will write a post and you will write a post to counter it until I am finally defeated, which I will accept if it's deserved. Give yourself whatever power you wish so long as it's not over the top, for example no just beating me on the first post I want to make this last. No foul language and no sexual content. Make sure you describe your character on your post. Good luck! I plan to start making addition when I get 5 people to join. I may invite more later. Also, when it comes to be your turn you have 48 hours to post something before I skip your turn.

Update: All slots are filled up. I'm afraid that if any more people enter the story it will become confusing. Sorry for the inconvenience but if you liked this story stop by my portfolio and you can take part in one of the other interactive stories there.
Okay, lets begin with where our character is from and what they look like (note: characters can be from any story or movie or video bame you like, as long as it's a character you made up)

Character name:Xard

Role:Villian

Appearance:Jet black hair, wears a white hooded cloak, and has a massive two handed black and white sword on his back

From:Zone of Darkness (my own made up place not from any movie/video game/book)

Powers:While being very good at magic he gets more power from the darkness within villians from other stories, gains powers specific to whatever story he's in (for example if he's in a Star Wars story he gets the force and so on and so forth.), Can turn into a huge black dragon, and is very good with his two handed blade.

Personality:Cold, calculating, and deceptive. Always has a plan B and like to say things that make people second guess themselves

Weakness:While he is extremely powerful, a well organized team could take him down.

Signature Quotes:"If at first you don't succeed... Try, try again." "I shall remind you why you fear the dark." "You're not as stupid as you look!"
Do you want me to use the same format to introduce my character? I don't really want to expose my weakness to the villain. . . haha. Kidding. Anyway. Here goes *Smile*

Character name: Agonadath

Role: Aspiring hero

Appearance: Agonadath hails from a medieval-fantasy type world, where he is a high ranking warrior under his father's cavalry. He looks rather typical for his tribe, as he is tall and powerfully built with blonde hair and light skin.

From: My untitled NaNoWriMo attempt (until my computer broke halfway through and I lost everything *Frown*. Within the story though, he belongs to a tribe from the Plains of Fresia. As the oldest son of the chieftain, he is set to inherit the responsibilities left behind by his father when he passes.

Powers: None, as of yet. He is a fierce warrior, though comes from a story in which power is reserved for the gods and goddesses alone.

Personality: Agoandath is a passionate person -- whether about war, or women, or life in general. He values honor and justice and all things noble.

Weaknesses: For most of his life, he has been restricted to stay among the plains of his people -- to travel far from his lands would put him out of his comfort zone, although he would hide it to the best of his ability. He feels vulnerable in battle without his warhorse companion beneath him.
Sorry it took a while guys I've been so busy... Anyway this is going to be AWESOME beacause my....

...Characters name is: Zander Anthony Steel
Role: Military Scientist

Appearance: A thin young man with jet black hair and a thin face. Whats most intriguing about his appearance is a streak of hair on his left side that grows in silver naturaly. A thin wedge of hair starting in the center of his left eyebrow and continuing from his hairline to the back of his head. He weres black pants, and a WindRider jacket. A WindRider is similar to a sweatshirt but, has an attached hood, and a cape like shawl that hung down his back. On his chest there was a gold medal he’d been awarded by the EASM.
His combat boots are black leather, and bullet proof Teflon trimmed in titanium alloy

From: Born and raised in Steel City (The Earth's special defense vessel). Steel City, although a ship, is massive with multiple floors ranging from shoping centers to military training camps and urban living communities.

Powers: Dont wanna spoil my book for those who read the preview in my portfolio, so lets just say Zander has a very thin and precise cutting tool he uses as a sword, he has a few tele-Abilities as in Telecomune(think of the emporer comunicating via hologram to darth vader/other empire officials he kept contact with} exept Zander needs no hologram he we just close his eyes and appear there as long as he doesnt break concentration) also he can use SOME telekinetic abilities that i promise i wont abuse because although he poseses these abilities hes a rookie and far from good at real combat

Personality: Quiet, smart, very whity, very funny sarcastic and clever, a ginuinly gook kid with a very dark past.

Weaknesses: Bad shot, also very cautious/nervous/scared. Not a very big 17 year old military scientist little more on the frail side (for now)

please let me know if therres any problems/restrictions on anything there.
Character Name: Pandora

Role: Hero

Appearance: Dark brown hair, dark skin, brown eyes. She wears black most of the time, unless she is needed to wear something else. Many people see her as pretty. She looks girlier and weaker than she really is.

From: Earth. Her parents were from another planet she's not sure of.

Powers: She can sense the feelings of others around her. She's very stealthy, and quite strong. She can get other people to trust her very easily.

Personality: She doesn't like talking about herself much. Her thoughts are very closed off, and she's very stubborn. If you get on her good side though, she is loyal and will protect you no matter what. She stays on her own most of the time, trying to stay out of other people's range so she won't have to sense what they feel.

Weaknesses: When she senses feelings of people she's close to, she can't stand their pain. She keeps her family and friends a secret, and left them so they wouldn't be hurt.
Just as a note I will be using locations and scenes from different movies/video games/books that I do not own rights to. I will say when the locations are my own creation, otherwise assume the plotline is not made by me. You'll probably recognize the scenes anyway thanks! Also, try to keep the additions in first person I will change from first person to third person as I set the scenes.
Shadow surrounds you and the room you are in seems endless.
'How did I get here?' you think to yourself
"You have been called here to face a great evil." a voice says from the shadow, "The powers you need shall be granted to you, first of all you now have the power to travel through dimensions to face this threat. Now you must choose your other special abilities, your choices are
#1:The path of the warrior- through this path you shall gain control over the element of fire, your close ranged attacks shall do far greater damage but you shall be vulnerable against long-ranged attacks.
#2:The path of the mage- through this path you shall gain control over the element of water, you shall be able to cast long ranged spells that do more damage at a distance, but this ability will not help you in close range.
#3:The path of the defender- through this path you shall gain control over the element of earth, your defense shall be virtually impervious to almost all attacks magic shall not work on you this comes at a price, however. This ability shall not help you in any other way and you will have to rely on your own skill in combat and you cannot cast any spells at all. (Any new members can describe their character and then state the path you have chosen) After you choose your path you shall not be able to change it so choose wisely and do note that these paths shall not hinder you hero in any other way than that which has been described here. In other words if you choose the path of the mage you swordsman skills will not diminish you just won't have the aid of the path that you did not choose. I do not advise magicians to take the path of the defender for they would lose all of their magica abilities. After everyone states their path, the adventure shall begin.
((I've never really written in first person before and I'm not really sure how to write effectively that way, but I'll give it a shot *Blush*. Do you think it would be easier if it was all done in third-person, so that we don't get confused about who's talking? Just a thought *Smile*.))

“I may be experienced in battle, though. . . I do not know what evils you speak of. I can only assume that my simple armor may not be enough to protect me from what lies ahead.”

I pause for a moment, considering the words that this stranger has spoken. For all I know, he could be the evil that I fear. I do not wish to trust a being that I cannot see or question, but I see no other option at this time.

“I must choose the path of the defender, though, you will have to instruct me on how to use my new abilities. Mortals are not burdened with the responsibilities of magic in my lands.”

I cannot fathom why I might have been chosen for this task

, and the thought of possessing a gift reserved for my deities alone frightens me. I am already second-guessing myself, though I think I know in my heart I have made the right choice. I have always lived far from the sea and am not familiar with the powers it possesses, and fire is a sacred thing to my people and not a mystery I wish to behold.

But earth. That was something that I understood.
I agree with the 3rd person thing but THE Xardmiester has spoken!!! lol (Besides it might be fun to try 1st person) (I will name each segment I add, although they arent chapters I feel like all my writings deserve a title as I work my hardest on every piece i write. I suggest everyone do this! IF THATS OK WITH 2wing....) BTW my character is older than in the description as I learned more about the story I decided that would be best so hes already done with his quest that takes place in my book that he originates from.

TALKING TO DARKNEST
As always my words were chosen carefuly, and cleverly.
"Do you not know who you speak to foul darkness," I asked with confidence in my voice, although I was nervous to meet a form of witchcraft I was unfamiliar with. "I am Zander Steel; savior of the human planet Earth, and chosen defender of the great warzones on planet Micro! If you are truley not the threat I should be concerned with, and there really is an evil out there that awaits me, then I must inform you that I am already trained in the art of the flame," I said in a very stern voice.
Was I really talking to an endless shadow? Was I dreaming? Either way I would fearfuly make my next statement.
"Von Vulcan taught me in my younger years! So I need no assistance from you unknown spirit," I shouted in anger. I felt traped and couldn't bare it.
"Reveal yourself," I shouted in fear of the response.
I can't see a thing. I look around me testing my vision, not that I need it. I can sense that a being is here, and it stands right in front of me. It's feelings are neutral towards me. Whether it can see me or not, I don't know, but just in case, I stand up tall and hold my head high. I already know which path I'm destined to follow. I've been a swimmer all my life, and grew up by the ocean. All I need is a little help from a farther range. I can fight well enough otherwise.
"I choose the path of the mage," I say. "Now what is it I must accomplish?"
"So eager, Adrianna." How does he know my real name? "The path you have chosen takes a lot of training."
"Don't call me that. I am Pandora. Adrianna Hope is no more. And I do not require training, sir."
Despite all that I've said, after the conversation carries on for a while, I agree to his terms. I think he finds me rather amusing, but he won't for long.
Oh my. Ok I guess I first need to introduce my character so here goes:

Character name: Aidyn Santiago

Role: Vampire, king to his people and guardian to the human race

Appearance: Tall muscular build, dark brown eyes and collar length wavy brown hair. A dragon tattoo on his left bicep.

From: A realm I created called Vandeldor.

Powers: He has excellent sight and smell. Is very strong and fast. He can teleport to any location he has been before by opening a portal. He was gifted by Ediva, the goddess of the elements with a special talent. He can call down the lightening and use it as a weapon, he can also use other elements of the weather. He is also telepathic.

Personality: He is a kind soul who always puts others needs before his own. He is also very confident.

Weaknesses: He can be in the sunlight but is weaker than he is in the darkness. His emotions can get the better of him, it can become difficult to control the weather when he is upset. He can only open a portal to teleport in the very dark shadows.

Now for the rest of the story:

I look around into the darkness, I can smell the stench of evil. "Do you really think you can hide from me? I can see your putrid presence before me." I curl my lips in disgust, my fangs extending on their own.

"I am a warrior, I accept your mission. I choose the path of the defender."

I clear my mind, trying to reach into the darkness but I can only find emptiness. The shadow is strong and has blocked its mind from me, I am not sure what I am dealing with. I draw my sword, ready for whatever may come. "Give me what I need shadow, then send me on my way." I snarl. "I do not have time to waste."
The four of you suddenly come together in the same area so all you see is each other.
"You are all very wise not to trust me right away." A figure cloaked in black with his hood up can be seen before you speaking to you in the same voice as the one you heard before. "But trust will be nesassary for the trials ahead. Your foe's name is Xard, he has the ability to travel through different worlds, same as me." The man then walks past and observes each of you and stops in front of Agonadath, "Fear not your new abilities, for you will need them. Your enemies will have magic and will not think twice about using it on you. The path you have chosen will protect you but do not rely on them too heavily. The knowledge you need to use your abilities shall come naturally." he then walks up to Zander and says "I now your deeds, Zander, I have observed you all throughout your lives and I know of your abilities. I still recommend you choose a path for you will need the extra abilities it will give you. You may have saved Earth but I speak of saving all the planets of every dimension. Do not let your acomplishments blind you though. Xard knows your past and will use it to his advantage, keep your head or he will destroy you with words." he then goes to Pandora, "Adrianna, I know the past can hurt but that's why it must be dealt with. Xard know your past your deepest fears, and your desires. He will promise you many things and he will know things that even you don't know about your life and your past. Use caution for you will sense none of his feelings except darkness and the same goes for those that follow him." Finally he approaches Aidyn, "Don't let your impatience get the best of you. I can sense your feelings of justice and I know you will do well, do not underestimate your foe for he will not be affected by anything you say. He will try to play with your emotions like a cat with yarn and will use your feelings to his advantage. Stay strong and true to yourself and you will be alright." he then stands in front of you all. "The road shall be rough ahead but keep strong and hold fast, you'll be okay. I shall send you to your first task now." He then waves his hand and the four of you vanish.
(Now that we're done with the intro we shall now use Third Person Limited point of view to avoid any further confusion. Sorry for the change.)
You all appear in a desert-like terrain covered in sword sized keys that protrude from the ground, save for a few lines where there are pathways through.
<Location: Keyblade Graveyard>
<First Appearance: Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (video game)>
<Info: Keyblade holders are those who have weapons known as keyblades that allow them to travel through worlds and unlock the hearts of others. This was a battlefield on which keyblade masters of light and dark battled for control of Kingdom Hearts, a place where the power of all hearts is gathered, their keyblades remain in the ground as tribute to their past masters and are now powerless.>
         You all look around
"Well now isn't this interesting." You all turn to see a man with shoulder length black hair and a white cloak. "If it isn't Drax's little gang come to destroy me."
A split second of darkness, and then light - a blinding light, accompanied by suffocating heat.

Agonadath's eyes began to adjust to the world around him, first in a blurry haze, but slowly coming into focus. What is this place? he thought, sensing a strange presence. Maybe it was the spirit of his ancestors. Or maybe the gods themselves.

He walked forward, sand crunching and giving way beneath his feet. All around him were swords, but unlike any he had ever seen before. Hundreds of these strange weapons, as far as the eye could see. He grasped one by the hilt warily and drew it as he would a broadsword.

What a useless blade. . . It had no sharp edge. Maybe it could be used as a club? He tossed it aside, drawing his own trusty blade.

He looked about him, examining his companions. They wore strange clothes and bore weapons unlike anything he had ever seen before.

"Well now isn't this interesting," said a voice from behind him. Agonadath whipped around, his blade wielded in defense. "If it isn't Drax's little gang come to destroy me."

"Xard!" he yelled, though unsure of who he truly faced. The sense of fear he felt as he looked into the man's eyes soon began to course through his veins as pure adrenaline, and his blood rose with the thought of battle. He welcomed fear, for he had learned to control the feeling and manipulate it into strength.

Yet this time it was different, for he felt the powers of the earth coursing through his blood. The ground began to tremble with his rising excitement. He already liked his new abilities.

Glancing quickly to his companions, he saw that he wasn't alone in his excitement. It was apparent that they would need each other in the coming trials -- if only they had the time to train with each other, they could come up with a strategy that would utilize their strengths.

Guess we'll be learning on the job, he thought.

"Whatever your plans are, Creature of Darkness, you will not succeed," his words bore a confidence that he did not entirely feel, but both the thought of victory and the thought of dying honorably in battle were highly respected by his people. He knew that even if he died, his death would not be in vain.

He called upon the strength of his gods and the spirits of the earth to aid him in the impending battle.
> My character's name is Izira, She appears human but is immortal.
> Appearance: Izira has long shadow-black hair that rolls down her back to her waist. She has a elagant looking braid that runs around her head to keep her hair out of her face. She has a certain look of authority about her, but it doesn't seem to match the way she acts. her most prominant feature is her eyes. They seem to glow and shine like the moon but move like water. They are the color of melted silver.
> Peronality: Izira loves to laugh and have fun. she wants to enjoy life. but she is always there when people need her and is ready to be there for people as needed. She can be serious if required to, and knows when not to laugh. She can be brave to the point of foolish. she is somewhat reckless does what she thinks is right. she can be very stubborn but it is rare to see her angry or upset.

Xard continued to laugh at what he thought were pathetic attemps on his life. He stopped suddenly and turned his head to the side. in the next second Xard was five yards to the right and a girl stood were he had been. She had one of the strange swords raised above her head and had apparently tried to attack Xard from behind. Perhaps a furtile and cowardly attempt, but at least she felt she had tried. Panic flickered across her gaze as she saw Xard charging towards her. In a flash of light she had moved to the side, however Xard had seen it coming and he had moved accordingly. The girl was knocked to the ground, the sword flying from her hand. The ground continued to shake and the fear and panic in the girl's eyes was evident. As she looked at the group of people before her, there was only one word that came to her lips,
          "Help!"

Pandora's instincts told her to run, but the cry of help she heard now told her otherwise. Although she'd fought against many different types of people, she had never come across something like this. In an attempt to sense his feelings, she closed her eyes, but all she sensed was darkness and calm. She drew her knife and ran towards Xard. Whoever these people were, they were supposedly on her side. She would have to put her suspicions away for the moment.

After a couple yards, someone held her back. She tried to fight them and got a few cuts on their arm, but stopped once she recognized him. It was one of her allies, Agonadath. She hadn't seen much of him, but she had heard him speak and sensed his passion, bravery, and a little of his pain. This is exactly what she sensed now, and hearing him speak just confirmed it more.

"And what do you think you're going to do once you've caught up to him?" he asked.

"I need to help her! Either help me or stay out of my way."

"It's too dangerous for you, lady. You don't stand a chance against him."

Looking into his deep blue eyes she said, "You underestimate me. But now is not the time to argue, it's time to fight. And you're not fighting without me."

After a brief silence, Agonodath let go of Pandora and they got ready to fight Xard once again.
Aidyn spun around, he had heard a female in distress. Scanning his new surroundings he spotted the girl a few yards away. She was on the ground, her sword a few feet away from her. Xard was pulling one of the swords from the sand, Aidyn knew immediately what his intent was, he was going to kill her. Making a split second decision Aidyn ran for the girl, becoming only a blur as he raced past Agonadath and Pandora.

"What was that?" Pandora asked, still looking at Agonadath.

"I am not sure, it was nothing but a blur." he replied.

Zander yelled out, "I think that was our vampire!"

Aidyn reached the girl and grabbed her just as Xard's sword came crashing down into the sand, nearly missing her head. Turning he raced back toward the others, his strength already waning from the sun. He handed the frightened girl to Pandora then turned to face Xard with the others.

Xard's laughter echoed throughout the desert, "Very good vampire. You have saved the girl, for now. I will very much enjoy this little game of ours. But in the end you will all die."

Aidyn hissed, "Go back to the pit you slithered from Xard." His mind reached for the lightning, sending a bolt across the sky, he struck where Xard stood.

All eyes peered as the smoke cleared, nothing. They looked at each other, knowing that it could not have been that easy. Behind them came that sinister laugh again. "It would seem that you have missed!"

"Well I tire from this... little game." Xard says "How about I introduce my own team!" As he speaks thirteen people dressed in black cloaks drop down from surrounding cliffs and stand in front of Xard. "Meet Organization Thirteen!"
<Group name: Organization Thirteen>
<First appearance: Kingdom Hearts 2: Chain of Memories>
<Info: This organization is made up of people known as nobodies, nobodies are people who have no heart and therefor no emotion or feeling. All the different members pretend to have emotions base on their powers and weapons. They were brought back to life by Xard and follow him with the hopes of obtaining a new heart and power from Kingdom Hearts. They have no regrets and show neither pity nor mercy. So long as Xard lives he can revive any member who gets slain over a period of time. Members of Organization Thirteen have the uncanny ability to travel to any world they wish which makes them an ideal team for Xard's evil purposes.>
"When I have finished corrupting enough worlds I shall open the doorway to Kingdom Hearts!" Xard shouts "When that happens warriors of light and dark shall come from all worlds and battle for this great power source. The resulting war will cover every last planet in every last dimension in shadow and I will rule over all!" Xard laughs evilly, "Well now we're off to our next world see you fools later!" He shouts. Suddenly a massive portal opens up and all thirteen members and Xard walk into it. As they do you teleport to the next world as well. You stand up and look around, you're surrounded by what appears to be giant grass.
Sorry about that I accidentally pushed the add button before I was ready. Okay here we go; as you look around you begin to realize the grass isn't giant but you are actually shrunken and none of your powers seem to make you return to actual size.
<Location: Karn>
<From: My own interactive story called Fall from Glory>
<Info: in this world humans are an endangered species. In a great war with the dragons humans were driven to near extinction but after humans and dragons made peace with one another their numbers increased. An evil rebel dragon has now formed an army to wipe out humanity so the humans were hidden by the great dragon king and the good dragon kingdom. For any more information go to my portfolio and read the description for Fall from Glory.>
<Reasons for being shrunk: not yet known>
As you look around you hear the same voice you heard at the beginning of your adventure.
"There is a cave a little ways from here that you must reach, when you're all ready to go touch this orb and it will glow and float to the area you need to go. When you get to the cave jump into the small puddle (big in your case) that the orb sinks into within the cave. I will give further instructions from there. You will only have to worry about your surroundings at the moment since Xard in preoccupied." As the voice fades a small orb appears before you. You decide to get to know your allies more before continuing on.
Agonadath and the rest of the team watched in silent horror at the band of nobodies that seemed to fabricate from the very cliffs. They were unlike anything he had ever seen before -- humanoid, but with empty faces and grey, sickly bodies. He could see no eyes on their being, though he felt their gaze upon him. Their mouths panted and snarled, revealing rows of ghastly teeth.

Xard and his band of nobodies disappeared into the portal, just as the world seemed to melt away beneath Agonadath's own feet. A strange sensation seemed to flood in around him as he became aware of his new surroundings. The soil felt strange beneath his feet and it seemed as though gravity itself had altered. All sensed the change in atmosphere.

- - - - - - - - - - - - -

The familiar, yet haunting voice had spoken once again, and it appeared that they had a few minutes to regain their composure after the previous events. Hopefully they could use this time to formulate some sort of battle strategy.

"The only way to win this war is to utilize our strengths and work as a team." Agonadath said aloud, more so to himself than to the others. "We risked far too much with our impulsiveness in that last battle. If one of us falls. . . All may be lost."

"Xard will use his wit to turn us against each other, but we must not let him succeed. The moment that we lose our dependance on one another, we will already have been defeated." He turned to his companions, "That means that we must be able to trust each other completely. Yes, we all may have secrets that we do not wish to share and pasts that we hope remain hidden, but -- we can't let these things come in the way of our alliance."

Signs of strength and weakness had already been exposed in their brief encounter with Xard, it was just up to them to figure out how best to emphasize their strengths and defend their vulnerabilities. One thing was clear though: there seemed to be no lack of tenacity amongst them.
Okay I just have to make a quick addition. The nobodies all look like normal humans. They have faces and eyes and stuff. If you look up Organization 13 from kingdom hearts images on google you can probably find pictures of all of them. Creative description though Yera. Now back to the story.
Izira nodded in agreement as Agonadath spoke to the group. Althought she wasn't exactly sure whey their goal was, they had helped her in her time of need. However, she didn't want them to know she had needed the aid they had given her. Smiling confidently she said,
"alright then, where and how do we start? I believe we have a similar goal in mind, and I kind of like you people. So I don't intend to leave. However it is getting rather lays and perhaps we should find a place to sleep before we spill our inner most secrets. Anyone agree?" After a few moments, the group decided that finding a place to stay would be a good move. As the group set off Izira pulled Aidyn aside and looked him in the eye. "Thank you sir, for what you did back there. For saving me." She had honestly and gratitude in her silvery eyes then turned and walked away with the group.

Inner most secrets? Pandora did not like the idea of talking about herself and her past. That's not who she was anymore. She looked to her right and saw the girl and the vampire speaking alone. The vampire saw her watching. She sensed the girl feeling gratitude, but also desire.

Everyone wants the vampires, she thought. She still did not trust all of these people. Especially the vampire.

She had dealt with his type before, and it never ended well. All her life she'd made up stories to cover up the truth. She could do it again now, when she needed it most. These people couldn't find out. They couldn't find out what she'd done.

"There's a cave right over there," she told the others.

         "I don't think it's safe," Zander said.

"Well then I'll just have to find out. Wait here, I'll be back."

With that she turned and started into the cave. It was small, but large enough for everyone to fit. Pandora tested for loose rocks, and found none. After a couple minutes she went back to the others and told them it was safe.

"You can't keep doing this," Agonadath told her off to the side.

         "Doing what?"

"Making choices without speaking to the rest of us. We work as a team now."

"That's not something I'm good at. Maybe this is just the way I am."
Aidyn could sense that everyone was a bit uneasy around him. Pandora especially did not trust him yet, she feared he would reveal her secrets. Yes, he was telepathic but he did not make it a habit of invading people's minds unless it became necessary. Pandora however, did not bury her secrets deep enough, he sensed them even though he had no desire to. She need not worry about him, he would not reveal her secrets.

He entered the cave behind everyone else and took up a spot by the entrance. He wanted to make sure nothing would get past his senses.

"So Aidyn, do you eat food at all or you live on blood alone?" Agonadath asked.

Aidyn raised a brow, "You fear I will suck you dry?"

Agonadath leaned against the cave wall, picking his fingernails with a knife. "The thought had crossed my mind, I am sure the others would also like to know."

Aidyn gave a sigh, "Do not fear, I fed well before this mission so I am good for a week or so. Unless of course, I become gravely injured."

"So what happens then?" Pandora asked.

"I would hope that since we are supposed to be a team one of you would volunteer. I do not suck people dry, I am after all a guardian to the human race."

Izira was the next to speak up, "What happens if no one volunteers?"

"If the injuries are to grave I will not heal, I would eventually die." Aidyn could see the look of concern on everyone's face. They were worried about being a non-willing donor. "It takes more than my taking your blood to turn you into a vampire. I will not take what is not offered freely to me."

"I will offer if the need should arise. It is the least I can do to re-pay you." Izira said.

Aidyn tilted his head, "Thank you Izira. Now we should rest before we have to fight again."

Jizann awoke from a long sleep.
Rubbing his eyes, he exited his castle and gazed over the countryside.
Grassland as far as the eye could see...a few caverns in the far distance.
Karn..he hated living on this planet....he despised it.

Ever since Xard stranded him here...he had longed for payback.
He owed him for the scar he sketched on his face years ago.
Jizann yelled to the sky.

"Xard..you coward.
I challenged you to a duel...and you cheated.
Now you leave me stranded here...on this god-forsaken planet!
Someday..i will find you!"
Fuming with pulsing rage, Jizann went back into his castle.

Laying back on his bed, he cursed Xard.
"Damn him..."

A man in a black cloak appeared before Jizann.
"You want to get even with Xard?" He said,
"Who are you?! What're you doing here?!" Jizann commanded,
"We share a common enemy, even though we may be on different sides we both want the same thing; to stop Xard." The man said, "I have a team put together and I want you to be on it. Do we have a deal?" The man said as he extended his hand.
"How do I know I can trust you?" Jizann responded,
"Of all the people not to be trusted I should be most concerned about trusting you. Now, do we have a deal or not?" The man asked again, Jizann thought about this for a while.
"Will you get me off this rock?" Jizann questioned,
         "Of course."
"You have yourself a deal." Jizann said as he shook the man's hand.
...

Back with the group you all wake up after a long night of rest. You look over and see the orb that shall guide your way. The rest of the group begins to wake up and you all decide that it's time to move on. You move over and touch the orb. Instantly, it begins to glow and float. You and the rest of the group follow it towards the cave. The voice from before echoes in your head. "Follow the orb to the cave, then jump in the puddle within the cave and await further instruction." So you continue onward, following the orb. (To whoever writes the part when you reach the cave. Just write up to where you jump in the water and then I will write the chapter with the next instructions.)
Agonadath woke early enough that morning to watch the brilliant colors of the sunrise creep over the tall grass, illuminating the sleeping forms of his companions.

When the sun had fully risen, the other's stirred and began to prepare their things, each silently aware of the orb in their midst.

Follow the orb to the cave. . .

Agonadath turned towards the others, "Let's pack up and head out. We'll need as much daylight as we can manage. Who knows how far this cave is from our camp."

Izira wandered away from the dying fire they had built just before nightfall, walking slowly towards the orb. She paused for a moment to examine the item, then extended her hand towards it. A faint glow began to emanate from the device, and as her hand made contact with its surface, she startled. A flash of light momentarily blinded the company, and when their vision returned, the orb was hovering a few feet off the ground.

"Looks like the orb is on its way with or without us," said Pandora, casting a quick glance at Izira as she leapt into action. A few of them were still in the middle of packing up their things, but the orb was already headed on towards the cave.

Agonadath shoved the last of his belongings into his pack and was soon on its trail as well. His fingers graced the hilt of his sword as he travelled, scanning their surroundings. In a place this large, the smallest insect could become quite a troublesome obstacle. He saw that Zander had his strange weapon drawn as well -- hopefully these mystical woods would not hinder them, though at least they had strong fighters amongst them who were already prepared for a fight.

If anything does happen to cross our path, we can't be sure that the orb will pause for the interruption though, Agonadath thought. He prayed to his gods that they would find the cave with no hindrances.

In a blur of speed, Aidyn was along side him. "I think there may be trouble up ahead."

Agonadath drew his sword as they drew deeper into the foliage.
Izira watched Agonadath draw his sword and tensed. She reached for her bow and strung and arrow ready for trouble. She looked behind her and saw her the rest of the group ready their weapons. She silently wished that their glowing tour-guide sphere had a speed setting in case of anything. She looked at the grass that towered above her head, the daisies as tall as fir trees, and wondered

Are the creatures here like anything anyone has previously encountered? if so, will they be small like us, or normal sized?

Izira wasn't exactly thrilled with the thought of being flattened by a squirrle. However she did smile somewhat as she thought of the kind of story or song it would make. She pictured children laughing as they heard the exagerated story of how the great warriors were defeated by a small animal. Suddenly the ground began to shake in a rythmic beat, retriving Izira from her current thoughts. She lifted her bow and aimed in the direction the noise seemed to be coming from, then realized that her arrows would be like a thorn to whatever creature was approaching. It would hardly notice her attack, and it could unwittingly kill her in the process.

I dont have enough skill to take it out alone with magic, but then again maybe we wont have to kill it.

Izira looked around at the group just as a bobcat appeared through the grass. Without hesitation, Izira shot an arrow in the creature's eye. it let out a hiss, and began to rub it with its front paw. In the same moment, Agonadath dashed forward with his sword and Aidyn ran up its hind leg to attack the bobcat's back and neck. Izira shot another arrow into it's nose and the bobcat let out a wail, then another as Agonadath sliced its leg. It fled once Aidyn bit its back. Aidyn lept to the ground and landed softly.

"The orb!" Pandora called pointing to where our only guide had slid behind the grass and could not be seen. All at once, the group hurried to catch up to the orb. Izira hoping that they would manage to catch up before it was to late.

The minute they started running, the orb moved to the right, over a hill. Aidyn had already caught up to it, but the others were farther behind. It swerved to the left, and there, behind a tangle of vines, was the cave. The puddle was right in the middle. Pandora started heading towards it, but Zander's voice stopped her.

"Wait," he said. "You never told us what your real power was. What you can do with it, I mean."

"I sense people's feelings. You know that already."

"There's something you're not telling us," Aidyn said.

"Well I guess you wouldn't need to ask, would you? Why don't you just answer their question for me, huh? Go ahead!" She was furious that he tried to act like he wasn't reading her mind this very second.

"I can't. I don't know the answer. There are certain things you hide too well."

This surprised her. She hid her thoughts from everyone, but she wasn't attempting to hide them from him. Pandora never thought it was possible. She regretted her behavior, because as usual she was too quick to judge. They all stood looking at her, and after a while she let out a shaky breath and dropped to her knees.

         "You okay?" asked Izira.

"Yes. Please just try to remember that I can sense your feelings, especially the ones you're having towards me right now. To answer your question, Zander, I not only sense peoples' feelings, I experience them. It helps predict their next move sometimes, although it's kind of hard to explain."

"You... experience them?" Agonadath asked, confused.

"Yes. For example, if you were feeling angry right now, I would feel anger towards the same thing you are. It's hard to control, which is why you will have to excuse me if I need some time alone once in a while." Aidyn and Agonadath looked at her, Aidyn expecting her to say more to the others, and Agonadath understanding why she was who she was. "I know Xard has probably hurt all of you some way too, but the only reason I'm here is because of what he did to me. He wanted me on his side, and didn't want other people knowing of my power. He killed my best friend, Ty, just because he knew my secrets. And because of him my whole family is undercover. I left them because if I go back, I'm putting them in danger. You need to understand that I can't bring mysef to open up to anyone, because if I do, he might kill you too."

         "Adrianna - " Agonadath started.

"Don't call me that, please. We need to go."

They walk to the edge of the puddle and jump in.
You all land in the puddle with a splash. The water isn't too cold but it's almost the size of a lake to you. The voice echoes in your head, "I have bad news and worse news. The bad news is that Xard has invaded the body of the main character's dragon. He is attempting to destroy her from the inside and if she dies this world will fall and Xard will become stronger." You are slightly confused at this,
"How do we stop him?" You ask,
"That's the worse news..." the voice cuts off. Before you can decide what that meant the ground begins to shake. Ripples appear in the puddle and you hear something getting closer. Suddenly, a massive purple dragon walks into the cave.
<Name: Jasperine>
<From: My interactive story; Fall from Glory>
<Info: She was just an ordinary dragon until being chosen as Josh's dragon (Josh is the main character) and bonded with him. Her and Josh are destined to quell the evil in the land of Karn.>
She groans as she walks over to the puddle.
'Oh no' you think as she lowers her head and laps all of you up.
...

You wake up to the sound of a heartbeat and pink flesh all around you. You pick yourself up off the ground and look around. Somehow you can see everything perfectly and notice something in the middle of the dragon's stomach. It's a giant skeletal being sticking out of a pool of acid. The torso is the only part remaining and it's missing all parts from the hip bone down. The base of its spine is stuck in the pool of acid, other than that it's just a torso, head, and arms. Xard appears on the. head of this great horned beast and says

"Well, well, well, look who showed up, I guess you are all half as stupid as you look!" Xard laughs evilly. "Good to see little Aidyn here hasn't... eaten anyone yet. Sorry, but it seems the dragon beat you to it!" he then turns to Pandora, "So my little Adrianna how's your friend? Oops! I'm sorry, was that too soon? Hahahahaha!" He continues his monologue, "I am truly glad to see you all again, this is so much fun!" You ready begin to ready yourself for the coming battle, angered by Xard's smart remarks. "I'm afraid though that this is the last time I will see you alive!" with that a pure black sword forms in his hands and he stabs it into the creature's skull. He then dissappears and leaves you with the skeleton. The eyes of the creature begin to glow and it lifts itself up with it's hands and roars at you.
<Name: Stallord>
<From: Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess>
<Info: This beast was once defeated by the hero, Link, with the help of his spinner he was able to glide across the quicksand pit that it was stuck in and knock out its spine. It is now surrounded by a pool of acid however, rendering this attack impossible.>
<Weakness: The sword on its head must be broken in order to defeat it. The sword cannot be pulled out or even reached until it is knocked over.>
You jump out of the way as the beast launches a fireball at your group. While you think of what to do another man slides down the dragon's throat and lands in the stomach with you.
<Name: Josh>
<From: Fall from Glory>
<Info: Josh and his dragon are destined to save the land of Karn. He is unaffected by the acids surrounding Stallord because his dragon's acids don't affect him.>
He quickly rushes forward and runs through the pool of acid and strikes the Stallord's spine. The creature falls to the ground and you jump up and strike the sword. Upon striking the sword the creature throws you off and knocks Josh away. Josh then turns to your group and says,
"I don't know who you are or what you're doing here, but I'll strike the spine and you hit the sword, got it?" you nod and all of you turn to face the beast.
Everyone looked at each other, wondering how they were going to break the sword.

"Agonadath, you take first swing with your sword. See if you can break that thing." Aidyn said.

Agonadath raised his sword and prepared to swing. Everyone held their breath while Josh struck the beast in the spine. Agonadath swung, sparks flew when his sword made contact with the sword in the beasts head. Nothing happened. "That sword is very strong, I did not even make a crack in it." Agonadath said."

Aidyn stepped forward, ready to give it a try.

"Hurry up!" Josh said.

Aidyn brought his sword down, crashing upon the black sword. Again sparks flew but it did not break. "Does anyone have any idea's here?"
As i shook the mans hand, my world grew dark around me.
"What are you doing?" I shouted at him.
"The others are in need of you...you must go to them.

He disappeared and i fell through darkness infinity...or so it seemed.
In the distance, i could hear the sounds of battle...the roar of a ferocious monster.

All of a sudden, my vision became clear.
I was...where am i?
I had appeared above a skeletal monster with a sword in its head...several beings fighting it.
I fell...right on top of the creature!?

Agonadath watch as this person appeared from nowhere and landed on the beasts skull.
The skeletal beast roared and began to thrash around...trying to dislodge the man.
"What is that?" asked Aidyn.
"The question should be...who..is that?" replied Pandora.

The man drew his sword and began whacking crazily at the sword.
"Anytime you guys want to assist...you're more than welcome."
Agonadath, Aidyn and Josh rushed the beast.

As Dagur walked into the cavern he heard a voice call out to him from the shadows “You’re late.” The voice spoke.

“I was a little preoccupied” Dagur responded, thinking of the group of slain men lying outside the cave’s entrance.

“I’m sure” said the voice as Drax stepped from the shadows. “You know that you have been called here to face a great evil. The powers you need shall be granted to you. You may choose the path of The Warrior, The Mage, or The Defender.”

“I choose the path of the warrior.” Dagur replied, and instantly he felt the power of flames flow through his veins.

“Very well. Oh, one more thing you will be expected to work with a team for this mission."

Dagur stood a second with shock on his face as the world in front of him began to shimmer and disappear taking with it the man in the black cloak. "Wait! What!? You never mentioned ..."
You all continue to attack the giant skeletal being. Jizann has already been thrown from the head of the creature and it is preparing for another attack. Suddenly, another man appeared within the dragon's belly with you. His long black hair flows behind him as he turns and faces the rest of your group. Before any of you can react the creature swings its hand and knocks you backwards. You hit the soft walls and slide to the ground. When you do, you here the voice once again,
"Wait for Josh to hit the creature's spine to make it fall. Then you must all attack the blade at once. Channel your new powers into the attack and you will prevail." it says. Josh then bolts forward and hits the creature once again. When it falls you all leap forward and strike the sword. The weapon shatters into a million pieces and the skeleton falls into the pool of acid. The pool then begins to drain out and Josh walks over to your group.
"Alright, I would like some answers now. Who are you guys and why are you in my dragon's stomach fighting a skeleton monster?" he asks. Before anyone can respond a new voice comes from behind you.
"Why do I always get stuck with the icky jobs?" it says. You all turn to see a man in a black cloak with bright red hair extending behind him in spikes.
<Name: Axel>
<From Kingdom Hearts: Chain of memories>
<Info: Axel is member number eight of Organization 13 and has control of fire. He is the assassin of the organization and usually gets many of the tough jobs. Wields a pair of chakrams which come back to him when they're thrown.>
Josh runs forward to attack but he is quickly knocked out. Your group prepares for the coming battle.
Agonadath drew his sword, Aidyn his sword, Izira her bow, and Daguer transformed into his werewolf from. Izira released an arrow at Axel, but he burnt it in mid-air. Izira realized they the team would have to work together and attack as one to defeat Axel. She announced this to the group and he gave her a small nod in reply. Altogether they attacked Axel, Izira lifting some of he bones in the stomach with her mind and sending them at Axel from all angles. Pandora used her mage abilities the attack Axel with the stomach acid. Aidyn began to attack Axel's mind, and Agonadath and Dadur rushed towards Axel, hoping they could defeat him.

Axel dodged both Agonadath and Dagur, the look on his face as if he was having fun.

"You're all so cute, thinking you can defeat me. But I don't have time for this," he said. "No more time to go easy on you."

Axel took hold of Zander's arm and started sizing him up. He was about to say something when Pandora threw her knife at him, lodging it in his shoulder. Axel let out a yelp and let go of Zander, who immediately used his fire against Axel. It was an interesting sight, watching the two of them fighting through fire. Axel dove behind a rock, out of the way of harm. Dagur ran towards him just as Axel said something like "I'll be back for you" and disappeared. He was gone. Pandora could still sense him nearby. He would be back, and soon. As everyone started introducing themselves to Dagur, now back in human form, Pandora rushed over to Josh and knelt by his side.

She tried getting him to open his eyes by calling his name a couple times. Getting worried, she checked his pulse. It was slowing. She tried whatever she could to wake him, but none of it worked. She closed her eyes to see if he was in pain. Yes, he was in pain, and he was exhausted.

"That's Adrianna over there," someone behind her said.

"Is he okay?" Dagur was standing beside her. "Adrianna, you're hurt too."

Ignoring him, she gestured to Josh and said, "Someone get some water! We need to help him."

Dagur looked at her disbelievingly, like he thought she was just putting up an act. When Agonadath brought the water and handed it to Dagur, he also took Pandora away over her protests to look at her wound. Her jacket was torn open and although the color of the blood didn't show on the black fabric, you could tell it was damp. Agonadath went further to reveal a long, deep gash on her torso. One look at it and Pandora realized that she had been feeling light-headed. She was not uncomfortable around blood, but oh, this one hurt. As someone started cleaning her wound, she lay her head back and closed her eyes.

         The world faded into darkness.
Okay let me interupt for a second. Just so everyone is clear the group is still inside the dragon's belly. I think the last addition was a little off because of the rock and the water. I'm not sure but I don't think that you would find those things inside the belly of a dragon. I'm just making sure everyone is on the same page here and now back to the story.
"I am really getting sick of this." Aidyn cried out. "We need to get out of this belly, I would open a portal but I am not sure if it would harm the dragon."

"Pandora is wounded and has passed out." Agonadath said.

"How bad are her wounds?" Izira asked as she came up to kneel beside them. She gasped when she saw the long deep gash in Pandora's belly. "This does not look good, can anyone heal her before that, that thing comes back?"

Everyone looked around at each other, waiting for someone to answer. Aidyn finally stepped forward.

"I can help her heal by giving her my blood, but I somehow do not think she will like that."

"Will that turn her into a vampire?" Zander asked.

"No, she would have to be my destined mate for me to turn her, she is not. Besides, it takes more than that." Aidyn explained.

Suddenly a fireball shot out of nowhere, everyone circled around Pandora and prepared to fight.
Jizann watched as the fireballs flew at the group.
*How did i get into this mess?*
He tried to follow the movements of whoever was firing them...but they were too fast.

Suddenly, the figure stopped and revealed them.
It was Axel.
"This..has gone on long enough." shouted Jizann.
He closed his eyes and began to chant.

Axel laughed.
"What do you plan to do to me?
Curse me?
Give it your best shot!"

Jizann finished the chant...everyone looked at Axel.
He seemed to be panicking...he began screaming at empty space.
"No...leave me alone!"
Axel disappeared and the area was silent.

Zander looked at Jizann with confusion and interest.
"What did you do?"
Jizann looked at the group.
"Never you mind...is injured girl alright?"
"Is she human?" Dagur asked as he inspected the wound in Pandora's stomach.

"As far as we know." Agondath replied.

"Then no. She'll be dead inside three minutes. You" Dagur ordered, looking at Agondath "shirt, now!" Agondath removed his shirt and handed it over as Dagur began to bind Pandora's wound. The shirt was soaked with blood in seconds.

As Dagur worked he spoke to Jizaan.

"Can you zap us out of here?" Dagur questioned.

"What makes you think I can? Aidyn was the one that mentioned it."

Dagur looked up from Pandora just long enough to give Jizaan a piercing glare that made him realize this was not the time to argue such matters. JIzaan began to chant once more untill there was a blinding flash of light and the group was transported back to the cave, adjacent to the now sleeping dragon.

It was then that Dagur realized he had been shrank. He muttered to himself " Oh Forn Sjálfur what have I gotten myself into."

Soon, with Izira's help and several of the herbs he carried with him, he was able to return Pandora to a less precarious, if not exactly stable condition.

Dagur then left Izira to care for the injured girl and returned to the rest of the group for proper introductions. He noticed the nervousness in some of their eyes and decided he might as well introduce his better looking half.

"Alright" he began "lets get this over with." And in a snapping of bones and a tearing of flesh he stood, a seven and a half inch tall werewolf.

"Take a good long look" he said in a deep voice. Zander started, surprised to hear the creature in front of him speak.

"You can talk like this?" Zander asked.

"I can do everything I do in my other form, most of it better. Now if you've seen enough I think I hear Mr. Unconscious waking up."

As the group turned and began to walk toward Josh, Aidyn felt a clawed hand rest upon his shoulder.

"Watch yourself, Vampire" Dagur said, spitting the word vampire with vehemence "I won't hesitate to kill you if I think you're a threat. In fact I'd probably enjoy it."

With that Dagur turned and joined the rest of the group as they gathered around Josh.
Josh opened his eyes and jerked up.
"Whoa! Wait how did we get out here?' He said as he looked around. "Did I miss something?"
         "Only a lot." You said,
"Well now I would really like some answers what were you guys doing inside my dragon anyway?" You all respond...
Izira only half listened to the conversation with Josh. Agonadath was the one who did most of the explaining. Izira's main concern however, was Pandora. Her wound had been worse than Izira had first expected, for Izira had removed some dark poison from it. Izira gently placed the back of her hand on Pandora's head to check if she was feverish. Izira had learned some healing from her home relm, and it had already come in handy. The conversation with Josh continued rather dully behind her,

"So, you were in a puddle, and my dragon drank you? and you were shrunk by some 'mystirous' person named Drax who is trying to get you to fight an evil? yea, that makes a LOT of sense and it definatly sounds real." Josh was saying in a some-what irritated tone. His sarcasam didn't exactly help the mood of the tired group. Aidyn stepped in to help explain but he was some-what short-tempered. Izira sighed, she didn't paricutarly like how people were randomly blurting things out at Josh. It made the conversaiont very difficult to follow. Izira did notice, the contiual glaring that transpired between Aidyn and Dagur.

Great, Izira thought, Now we have the werewolf vs vampire problem. If they start a fight...

Izira's attention was pulled back to Pandora, who seemed to be waking up. Pandora's eyes fluttered open and she stared at the cave ceiling some-what dazed. Pandora groaned, and attempted to sit up, but Izira's hand flew gently to her shoulder.

"Just lay down. Everything is alright, we are back in the cave, Josh is awake, and Dagur and I tended to your wound." Pandora Ignored her, determind in her attempt to stand. "Pandora, pandora dont." Izira continued to talk sweetly but her voice was stern. "Adrainna," Pandora yanked her head over to look at Izira with shocked and angry eyes. Pandora began to speak but Izira cut her off. "you need to lie down. Your wound was poisoned, i extraced most of it, but you need to rest, or it could kill you." Pandora glared and Izira but got layed back down.
"maybe if you had exptracted it all, i would be able to get up." Pandora muttered, looking to see Izira's reaction.
"I'm sorry that i am not skilled enough to completly remove all the toxins from your body, but even if i could, you would still have to lie down while the wound healed to keep it from getting infected." Izira's voice was calm and genlte as she helped Pandora lie comfortably. Pandora's flushed face worried Izira, who put her hand back to Pandora's forehead. "Your getting feverish. Drink this" Izira gave Pandora a thick, dark green liqued. Pandora wrinkled her nose but drank it quickly, she gaged at the horrid taste.

"Ugh, what was that?" Pandora asked, happily accepting the water Izira handed her to wash down the medican.
"Some herbs, and a little bit of a healing concotion from my planet." Izira explained, taking the empty water glass from Pandora. "Now try and go back to sleep, you need the extra energy rest will grant you." Izira then pulled the blanket up to Pandora's shoulder, and walked away. She turned to see Josh, apparently happy with his information, flying away on his dragon. Izira saw Dagur yank Aidyn aside, not doubt whipsering hostile threats. Izira sighed and shock her head.

How are we going to fight together now? she wondered

After Izira had gone, Pandora opened her eyes again and tried to concentrate more on the feelings she was sensing from everyone. Pandora's heart warmed when she felt how worried about her Izira was. She sensed other things too, though. The persistence that was in both Agonadath and Zander, two completely different people. The confusion that Jizann felt towards all of them. The hatred Dagur felt toward Aidyn and the hatred he felt back.

This reminded her that she owed Aidyn an apology. It was almost an instinct for her to turn against the vampires. A couple bad experiences can do that to you. She also owed Izira, for all the medical help she gave her. And Dagur for getting her here safely. And Agonadath for his shirt. That was way too many people.

"Okay, since we don't know where to go from here, why don't we try to prepare more so that we can actually fight like a team?" She said, surprising everyone.

"I agree," said Agonadath. "It's necessary that we train together."

"Whoa, wait," said Dagur. "I'm not gonna 'train' with that bloodsucking freak."

Pandora tried to quiet everyone from her spot on the floor and said, "I know we all find it hard not to judge each other, but we really need to forget about our first impressions. Some of them weren't that great. I know the whole vampire-werewolf thing, and I know Jizann doesn't really want to work with any of us. I might seem rude to a lot of you, but I have my reasons for keeping to myself." She turned to Aidyn. "I apologize for not trusting you as much as I should've. I'm not saying I trust any of you completely, but truth is I care about some of you." And I'm indebted to you, she added to herself.

"Injured girl's right. I really do not desire to work with any of you, except maybe Adrianna."

There it was again. It was so hard for her to trust anyone, but part of her power made it easy for people to trust her sooner or later. Hopefully this would at least help keep all of them together for the next... how long was this going to take again? Not that she had anywhere else to go.

"Okay, we need to train all together, and stop Xard. He might go after your homes next." But not hers. She did not have a home. As everyone started planning, Pandora started trying to stand up again. This was going to be a long day.
Aidyn curled his lips. "Wolf, I really do not know what your problem is. I have an alliance with the wolfs in my realm, hate me if you wish but do it after we have killed Xard." Aidyn turned to walk away and noticed Pandora trying to stand. Quickly he was there extending out his hand to help her up.

"I can do it myself." Pandora said.

"I have no doubt of that. I sense your pain, and you are a true warrior for trying to hide it. However, you must rest, we will need your strength later when the next battle arrives." Aidyn whispered so the others would not hear.

Pandora was about to reply when Agonadath yelled out to Aidyn.

"Come vampire, draw your sword and spar with me."

"My pleasure." Aidyn replied as he drew his sword and lashed out at Agonadath. The two men were equals when it came to the sword, they looked like they could go on for hours.

Zander yelled out, "No reason you two should have all the fun," as he jumped into the match as well.

Jizann watched as the three warriors dueled each other ferociously.
No-one gave ground to the others...they dueled as if their lives depended on their victory.
He shook his head.
*what a waste of energy* he thought to himself.

He looked over at Pandora and Agonadath.
*she looks like a troublesome one..same for the one beside her
I better be careful*
Zander got pushed back into Jizann.

"Sorry about that.
Oh yea..we haven't been properly introduced."
The group began to gather around Jizann.
"Names Zander...what's yours?"

Jizann scowled.
Just what he needed..unneeded attention.
"Jizann Lyrue."
Zander began to introduce the others one by one.
Dagur stalked quietly away from the group until he had reached an area by himself.

He could tell that some of them were displeased with his disposition towards Ayiden. It was funny, they thought he cared. Dagur knew that almost all of his skills had reached perfection from his own rigorous training routine but there was always something new to learn, and right now that something was the power of flame that had been gifted to him by Drax.

As he reached into his mind he felt it, the flame burning in his mind, and he fed it and nurtured it until it grew into a raging fire. And then he began to practice.

"Pandora," whispered Izira. Izira wished to gain at least a little information about her new colleagues.

"Yes"

"Can you hear the Wolf's thoughts?"

"No Izira, but I can sense his feelings."

"What are they?"

"He is not as he seems, callous and cold. Inside I feel many emotions, Hate and Anger, but above all else is a longing for... someone. Someone he left and wishes with all his heart to return to. He has in him much love for them, but feels as though the rest of the world has wronged him in horrible ways. That is why he trusts no one."

"And have they? Has the world wronged him?"

"Izira, you need only look at him to tell. You see those scars? Yes some are from battle but many are not, many are from the knife of an interrogator."

"How can you tell, Pandora?"

"I've felt my share, but what was done to him, I don't think a human could have lived through it."
As you continue training the voice echoes through your head again. "I shall let all of you train and rest for a while, but the next time you hear my voice I will be transporting you to your next location. Use this time wisely." The voice then fades and you turn to the others to decide what to do.
Izira wished she could create a potion or heal Dagur of his painful memories somehow. Izira sighed and looked over at Pandora.

"Well, I think that i better start practicing. I think maybe you should work on your mage ablities instead of combat due to your injury. I dont want you to agravate it. I will practice with you, if you like." Izira looked at Pandora unsure if she would accept. Pandora shook her head reply to Izira's question. Izira nodded and got up. She grabbed her bow on her way out to practice shooting. Izira walked up and out of the cave, she pulled the bow up and the string back. When she let go, a bird fell from a tree, an arrow sticking out of its eye. Izira continued to freshen up her shooting for a few minutes to catch some dinner. Soon she had enough to feed everyone in the group, even the vampire and werewolf. She caught some alive for them. Once she was done with that, Izira decided to practice her magic. She was about to work on her magic, when she heard someone coming up behind her...

When Izira turned around, Pandora was already out of her sight. She couldn't stand being around everyone at once for so much time. She made an effort to keep walking, until she ran into Dagur. It was only now that she realized he wasn't much older than herself. Before he had seemed so in charge, wiser.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt you," she said.

         "You should be resting."

"Well I think you would understand that I just can't spend so much time around so many people. I need to remind myself that I have feelings of my own once in a while. I was just trying to be alone."

"Are you a mind reader?" he asked.

"No. I feel what you're feeling. I feel your pain. But I can read people pretty well too. I know you've been through a lot. I know there's someone you need to get back to."

He changed the subject. "So you're human?"

"Yes. No. Well, my biological parents were from another realm, but they left me when I was young. My adopted family is human, so I consider myself a human."

         "Oh."

"I should go," she said, and started off again farther away from the others, trying to find herself in the mess of feelings inside her; feelings that didn't belong to her. No matter how much her wound hurt, what was going on in her head hurt more. Thoughts of the past and expectations of the future. Hopefully Izira would understand.
Aidyn walked up behind Izira and spoke. "Izira, I wanted to thank you for the birds. It was very kind of you, you seem to always take care of everyone."

Izira shrugged her shoulders. "It is nothing really, I want to help in any way I can." Taking a seat on a log she motioned for Aidyn to sit. "So tell me about yourself, we all know so little about each other."

Aidyn sat and thought for a moment. "My race was created by Zabulon, god of fate. We are the guardians of the human race, protecting them from the evil that would bring down all man-kind."

"So you live in the human world?"

"Sometimes, but my home is in a realm called Vandeldor. We travel back and forth." Aidyn replied.

Izira sighed. "I hate being here, but I am sure no one is happy about this mission."

"No. I was plucked from a war with the demons. My mother the queen was murdered and I am desperate to find my mate. I fear for her safety, she is human and at great risk." Aidyn said, his shoulders sagging slightly.

Izira reached to touch Aidyn's arm. "Oh Aidyn, I am so sorry about your mother. Hopefully we will end this mission soon so you can find your mate. I am sure she will be fine."

Just then Agonadath sauntered over. "May I join you?"

"Of course, we were just learning a little about each other. Tell us of yourself Agonadath." Izira said.
Jizann had used the time wisely.
He drifted silently away from the others and began to meditate.
He began to think about who he could possibly turn to his side in the group.

Izira...was the most likely candidate. She was reckless and defiant...the perfect combination.
Agonadath and Aidyn were out...they would most likely resist the control.
Pandora was another possibility..if he could get her when her guard was down.

Suddenly, a voice broke his concentration.
He looked up to see Dagur glaring at him.
"What do you want? I'm trying to meditate."

" I wanted to thank you for getting us out of that mess earlier.
You saved us."
Jizann shrugged his shoulders.
"Don't worry about it."
Dagur joined the others as Jizann resumed his meditation.
As Dagur walked away from Jizaan he felt that the mockery of thanks he had given was worth the chance to see what the half-elf was up to. If Dagur had any experience Jizaan had taken to scheming, a most dangerous pastime.

He presently grew close to the forest's edge where he found the rest of the group, pouring out their souls to one another. As they had yet to see him, Dagur decided to stay awhile and listen. He was present for the story spun by the vampire, Aidyn, a story he considered most likely a pack of lies. Dagur did however find it humorous that the vampire thought his claim as guardian of the human race would put him in better standing with the Wolf. What the humans did or how they fared was of no concern to him.

Hearing the vampire brought back memories. Memories of what the vampires had done to his people and his family. Memories of tiny bodies of his siblings, of his parents huddled over them. And in response to these memories the demon inside him began to stir.

Dagur sought with all his might to quell the beast quickly, seeking to stop the flow of anger. Finally the emotions were quenched and the Shadow Daemon residing inside him began to return to its dormant, restful state.

Dagur thanked his Ancestors that it had not awoken, for although he valued its power and had come to rely upon it in heavy battle, the thought of it breaking through to the surface in front of the rest of their party was troubling. He suspected that several already had a poor opinion of him and while some, like Jizaan, would not be troubled by it in the slightest the rest were likely to turn upon him quickly.

Shaking off the incident he stepped into the clearing with Aidyn, Izira, and Agondath only to be met by a shocking surprise.

A massive light was hovering in the clearing and was sucking up the team members. As hard as they tried to resist they found themselves unable to do so. Soon all members were teleported away. When their eyes opened they appeared to be in some kind of cave made of ice and they realized their outfits had changed as well. They all wore white outfits and held some kind of blasters. The knowledge of how to use the weapon that they held instantly flew into their minds just as warning sirens began to go off.
"Begin evacuation, the Empire has located the base and are preparing for attack. All soldiers move out to repel them while the evacuation begins." A voice yelled over an intercom. Men immediately filled the room and the group was carried away with the crowd. They soon found themselves outside and in trenches with tall white turrets and snow surrounding them.
<Location: Hoth>
<From: Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back>
<Info: This battle was a major defeat for the rebel alliance whom suffered heavy casualties at the hands of the Empire. Luckily they managed to evacuate most of their men before the base was lost. The whole planet is a barren wasteland of ice and snow with very little indigenous life.>
A voice echoed in the heads of the group members.
"You must help the rebels hold of the Empire's attack. I will have another objective for you later but for now just hold the attack for as long as you can." The voice then faded away.
Agonadath awoke from a dreamlike state, attempting to shake off the dizzying effects of teleportation. As his senses slowly returned, he felt a terrible cold bite at his face and hands.

He glanced around at the team -- a band of misfits, it seemed -- but a group of beings that his life would come to depend on in the near future. They were all clothed in white, along with himself. It was strange garb, yet he was grateful for it as it shielded them from the extreme elements of this new land. He had never seen snow before, nor had he felt such chilling weather.

The weapon he held in his hand was unlike anything he had ever encountered before, yet he was surprised to find himself checking the levels of the blaster's gas cartridge and clicking off the safety with ease. Though the skills he needed seemed to be embedded into his muscle memory, he felt uncomfortable wielding such a strange weapon. He aimed the blaster at an invisible target, gazing through the scope. He imagined how awkward he must look. It felt so unnatural.

"It's an evacuation. We've got to move." Aidyn had been the one to speak, finally bringing Agonadath into the present moment. "We can't help the rebels if we're caught off guard in the midst of things."

"Let's find out who's in charge around--" As Pandora spoke, she looked up to see Zander and Agonadath's hands raised in submission. The others were frozen, eyes wide and looking behind her. She turned slowly, fearful of what she might find.

"Don't even think about reaching for your blaster," said the man behind her, his weapon aimed at her face. There were others with him, their weapons aimed at the group as well.

"Please," Agonadath said, hands still raised. "It is urgent that we speak to your commander."

"Who are you, and what purpose do you have here?"

"We have been sent in search of a great evil that has posed a threat to each of our worlds. They are on the brink of destruction." Zander spoke now, seeming to be in his element in this strange land. "We are here to aid you in your battle."

The man lowered his blaster and signaled to the others to do the same. "Luke Skywalker, Commander of the Rogue Squadron." He outstretched his hand to Zander. "I was informed you would be joining us. Follow me."

Luke led them to the armory, and said they would have a couple minutes to rest or train before the enemy arrives.

"I don't know if I'm the only one thinking this, but how do we know we're fighting on the right side? I mean, I know Drax sent us here and everything, but why are we listening to his orders? I don't know if I trust him yet. How does he know so much about Xard? Their names are so similar... it can't be coincidence," said Pandora.

"Well we know that we are against Xard. And so far Drax is too," said Agonadath.

"These people need help fighting. Let's focus on that right now," said Izira.

Before they knew it, the sound of the aircraft outside grew nearer and nearer.
Jizann stood at the back of the group...listening to the sounds of battle draw ever closer.
He knew he might have to try harder to survive this altercation..but anything was worth a chance at revenge.
He smiled at the prospect.
Another explosion...very close.
The entire base shook.

Luke looked at the team.
"Do you think you can hold the fort while we try and repel the Empire?"
Agonadath looked at him.
"You trust us to defend this base...it will not fall."
Luke smiled.
"Men, to your fighters.
We go on the attack!"

Jizann and the others watch as the fighters soar off to fight the empire.
Jizann wondered if any of the empire could be controlled...if so, this battle would turn to their favor quickly.
Izira turned to the group.
"They will be coming in soon....prepare to fight!
She wasn't wrong.

Dagur could already smell the odor of humans approaching. But it was wrong somehow. All the humans smelled exactly the same."No matter." he thought, they could still die.

As he and the others readied themselves for the impending battle Dagur noticed the strange white clothes that adorned him. They itched and hindered his movement. Dagur quickly tore loose the upper part of his garment and tossed it away, his knuckles cracking and hands enlarging as he did so. He was far from being fully transformed but it would be enough to help if the fighting got close.

The rest of the group were already taking positions behind the various objects in the room, all able to cover the single door that led to the outside. This wasn't the style of fighting he was used to so, blaster in hand, he hid just to the right of the entrance, waiting for the first unfortunate head to burst through. He didn't have to wait long.

As soon as the white-helmeted appendage appeared through the door he brought his blaster crashing down upon it, stunning the enemy for a brief moment. This moment was enough for Dagur to drag the trooper through the door and dispatch him via a quick snap of the neck. Immediately afterwards, however, Dagur found himself rolling for the cover of a group of barrels as strange beams of light flashed from both the enemies' and his own companions' weapons.
The laser fire continues for quite some time. Smoke and screams fill the air as red and green lights flash against the walls of ice. Soon the noise dies down and all is quiet and the group begins looking for survivors. A rebel soldier suddenly runs into the room and cries,
"Quickly! Follow me! We're sealing off this area before more troops arrive. We need you guys at the front!" You check you weapons and ammo before racing off to follow the trooper. After a long trek through many ice caves you come out to see the sun. As you look around you also see many trenches filled with members of the rebel alliance. You and the rest of the group duck down into one of the trenches and look out onto the horizon. What you see chills your bones. Five or six massive machines made out of metal and walking on four legs are heading straight towards you.
"Imperial Walkers!" One of the men shouts. The machines begin to unleash a torrent of laser fire as they continue their steady march and the rebels return fire.
"Come on! We have to hold them until the evacuation is complete!" The commander cries. You and the rest of the group prepare for the battle ahead...
