Filtropur SFS air cleaner , FVS Inc

We recently purchased a Filtropur SFS air cleaner from you. After several days we determined that it was not working properly. We called and Jose came to our house to check it out. He did replace a part, but this did not totally fix the problem so he replaced the air cleaner. This one is working fine. Jose did a great job and we wanted you to know that he was great to work with.
