Archmage Olapen (and some OCs) travel to different dimensions across time and space

There would be a flash of green light as archmage Olapen Jinitro teleports in with a merry “Yatta,” and a gentle twirl of her lightning staff. She was wearing blue and orange robes and also had a ditzy if carefree grin upon her face as she looks around rather cluelessly.
