ooops... please read if you already posted
Sorry guys I made a mistake in the prompt portion of the contest!!! I said that "a sliver of light" should be the 1st and last lines of the poem which was correct but "in the dark of the night" should not be the 2nd line of the first stanza it should be the third line of the first stanza and it's still the 2nd line of the last stanza. Sorry if I confused anybody... I haven't read any of the entries yet but if you followed my false instructions I will e-mail you.

***A sliver of light (the 1st and last lines of the poem)

In the dark of the night (the 3rd line of the 1st stanza and the 2nd line of the last stanza)***
