I don't know how to link your journal within the blog link format. The best thing would be for you to start a blog and just copy and paste your journal entries into it.
On the blog page there is a utility that will enable the members of each ring to link to one another. It's the only format that I would be familiar with using for the blog ring. If there is another way, then perhaps we could try it.
