Well I have Spina Biffida, C.P., Scoliosis,and hidrasephalis cominaly known in 1969 as what they called a water baby. And trust me it was not easy but I made it. The doctors said I would not live past 2 and if I did I would be a vegitable and if I lived past my teens I would be on dialises. WRONG. here I am almost 36 years later and doing pretty good. I lost count after my 40th surgery. not to mention my 20 or so lithotriosies for kidney stones. Had them the first time at age 8 then got them againn at 13 and had them ever sence. Right now I am battlling another sick spell. But the way I see it I will win this war also. Cronic illness is a day to day thing with me. I have good and bad days. Sometimes the bad days hit without any warning like the last 3 days have. As I said I will win this fight too. And all I can sayb to the doctors that ever said I would not live past the age of 2, well that quote is. EAT MY DUST! I am still going almost 36 years later. And will continue to do so.
