It's like all of us are writing at the same time
Looking for words that feel good and rhyme
We're all searching for the same thing
The fulfillment good writing can bring
We ask for inspiration that sometimes doesn't come
It can drive us to drink Coke and Rum

It's real nice we're all writing friends
No one knows quite where the river bends
Each of us reviewing the others
Feels just like a band of brothers (and sisters)
All of us battling writer's block
Trying not to turn out the same old schlock

All I see is white, it's much too clean
