I was curious about this contest and tried the link, too. Here's what I found.
In the link above for the Shadowrose Publishing, there is a comma that is preventing the link from working. Copy the link location, and remove the comma in the address. It looks like they have only just finished the contest. It says the second contest is under way and there is an email address -- questions@shadowrosepublishing.net; but the website is a minimally linked site. It's not truly easy to get a lot of information there.
I haven't emailed yet -- wanted to get his posted before I forgot!
