A woman growing to the height of 15 to 20 feet is still enough for her to do things she couldn't do previously, such as reach newfound heights or intimidate people with her new size. She can also still lift things several times the size of what she could normally lift.
In my stories I usually don't keep mini-giantesses as giantesses, or try not to leave them at that "small" of height. That's why in my Negima GTS story I always try to leave in options for further growth. Mini-giantesses are great and all, but mainly for one-shot pictures and story ideas, not for overall giantess fiction.
