Yes. She should completely have finished her general education requirements and would take almost all major-specific classes. If she has a minor, she might take that, and depending on how thoroughly she planned her classes (which, it sounds to me, she would have done well) she'd like have a class or two that are elective just for fun.

(n.b. My school doesn't have gen eds so I don't know anything about them besides the complaints I've heard from friends at other schools *Wink* )
