i am new to the community of writers and was hoping to get a few tips on my story idea.

the idea is of a ancient greek hero set in a time before the trojan war, just before the time of Perseus. basing the story around a realistic version the lost land of Atlantis and its downfall, i have some info of some areas of interest including the thera eruption and a rough timeline of events. the story will have mythology elements to it like the greek gods; Zeus, Poseidon, Ares, Hera, Athena, Hades and others.

if anyone could be of help with websites of info about this time period that would be great or any info on that period including life style clothes weapons family life etc etc that do would be a big help.

my hope is to make this story into a trilogy of books based around a few key characters and the events that lead up to and beyond the destruction of Atlantis.
