I read my favorite kids books or watch silly movies or cartoons. Also, exercising or going for a walk in the sunshine helps. Get some vitamin D, which here in Western NY is lacking alot of the year! If I'm not down, but in a bad mood, I like to watch violent movies, the more violent the better! But I watch fantastical violence like Sleepy Hollow or Sweeny Todd Wouldn't watch something like Schindler's List. Just something therapeutic about watching someone getting their heads chopped off! Don't ask me to explain how I think, it's just what I do!
