The keys made an ominous tapping sound. Jennifer thought that it was rather strange that a dozen or so keys, on a key ring, could make such an ominous sound. Reluctantly, she followed the maintenance man down the darkened hallway, as he mumbled something about a tripped circuit breaker. Jennifer's blue dress swirled as she stalked after the maintenance man. Why, she wondered, hadn't she stayed with the rest of the crowd back in the ballroom. Why had she decided to follow the maintenance man.
