Paradise Cove Writing Challenge-On Hold

I know that most judges always begin their winner announcements by saying it was difficult to choose a winner, but this time the judge, that would be me, really means it.

According to the rules, I could only choose one winner, and unless you've judged a contest you can't know how difficult it is to do that.
