We Need to Have A Talk About Writing...

Do you have access to a caregiver/s who could write things down for you?

I saw an old black and white movie when I was a kid where the main male actor was a blind writer dictating his stories to a lovely young lass. I'm assuming she was the love interest, but distance of time, I can't remember. The only part of the movie that stuck in my head was the writing scenes, as I imagined how hard that must be effectively writing in front of someone with them able to see/hear/read/listen to every word you create.
