When you are on your email page, click on the gear and see what you find!

I think it will be what you are looking for...

You will find the link to highlight and sort as well as the link to forward to offsite email.

To create folders, change the order or delete folder, simply click on the folder tab--not the dropdown arrow but the tab itself.
