I have never heard of MD before, either. Will have to do some reading up on it as it sounds interesting. Of course, not in a good way, but more of an interesting research thing. I'm glad you have shared with us here and I'm happy you found a belief that helps with your MD as most of us search for some kind of relief to what we suffer from. Writing seems to help a lot too!
