Ah, I misread.

Somewhere then in the settings for your web anti-virus, you've got a settings section that allows you to exclude servers from blocking.
Whereever that is, you can add:
---- Add *.writing.com as an "https" service...
---- Add authmined.com as an "https" service...
To be excluded from filtering and you'd have access again.

You could write the AVG support folks to find out where that is if you're not sure.

Just tossing out options. I know folks like the incremental GPs. It's not amounting to a whole lot for the site, so I've not got any real intention to fight the giant anti-virus companies on this one.
