Father Yahweh,

Our hearts go out to the peoples - our people - in Carolina territory, the place of huge floodwaters covering a vast expanse of territory that simply cannot be covered in a single day....

People there by the 1000s have lost EVERYTHING; including cars and homes and boats and countless other belongings... in some cases, lives were lost, many of them perishing instead of listening to the roadside logic of..."Turn around, don't drown". Simple as that.

Near-panic can cause people to do things they never thought possible, and in hindsight, each and everyone of them of can say how differently they'd do things NOW. hindsight is far easier than foresight.

Lord Jesus, please aid the afflicted, give them a sense of peace on our behalf. They mean so much to us all, and we know they'd come to aid US if things were reversed.

God bless the people of North & South Carolina.

We are praying for you as we speak.. We shall put back together the pieces that will bring Life back to a semblance of normal once again.
