Writing: 257 It's been so long since I've written that this was surprisingly difficult to reach! Glad I hit my target though. Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit easier :)
Weight Loss: I weighed in this morning and was at 262.8 lbs down from 268.4. Can't wait to crush it this week!
Self-Care: I did yoga for 20 minutes today! It was really nice and relaxing ^_^
