GOALS: 2/4 - 2/11: Keep doing everything but add effort
*Dolphin* Complete Assignments and Discussion questions for Basics to Erotica Writing Class at the House of Sensual Prose and The Grammar Garden at New Horizons Academy.

*Dolphin* If time allows for it, move ahead in "I write in 2019" to Week 7

*Dolphin* I just started a new book. Read further in Grey by E.L. James and make sure to highlight/look up any unknown words and read as a writer, not just a casual reader. I'm on page 11 currently.

*Dolphin* Go to all appointments this week: Wednesday: Primary Care Physician and Parenting class, Thursday: chiropractor and Therapy, Saturday: chiropractor and Winter Festival Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: methadone clinic

*Dolphin* Do yoga at least 3 times this week!!! (Preferably daily)

*Dolphin* Continue drinking at least 2 bottles of water per day [or more]

*Dolphin* Study manual for Transcription work and memorize the rules so you pass the test and can begin working.

*Dolphin* Come up with a goal plan for therapy.

*Dolphin* Blog-- at least 3 times.

*Dolphin* Do the MHWA weekly tasks and TOTW.
