Honestly I have a hard time really thinking of it in a manner beyond "what would be the most amusing" or "what would be the most chaotic" or something like that. So a Kim and Kelsey personality swap could definitely fall under that. Chelsea with Cassie's personality or Cassie with Chelsea's. Putting Kendra's scheming personality into the decidedly anti-schemery Jenny Ashton.

Keith's personality into Amanda Ferguson could be fun. Patterson's into Sienna or Jelena. Chen's into one of the nicer girls like Ellie Kemp or Evie Cummings.

Really I'm just rattling off names because most combinations could result in something amusing or chaotic.
