The site's goal is to get members as much feedback as possible on their items.

Doing what you suggest would have the effect of intimidating reviewers from sending feedback in the first place. As such, it would be a very bad idea to implement. See:

Members who would like other opinions about their items can use the review request methods provided.

For any particular review the recipient doesn't like, the recipient is directed to follow the guidelines in How To Deal With Negative Comments from Writing.Com 101 .

You might also find the editorial in "Not available"  informative.
