This is a tough one because almost any switch could be interesting. I think I'd prefer to aim for a swap that would improve each of the victims. But in most cases I suspect the swap would only be used for mischief, as in each person would only take advantage of swap without otherwise changing their character.

I think I picked Gordon and Carson for a swap in an earlier QotW, but I'll repeat it here. Carson would learn why Gordon is the way he is; and he and Gordon would each learn that they're not so very different, and that their friendships (with Steve and James) are of the same kind.
