I agree with Stellar Empress that it's tough to name just one. However, it's easy to say that one of my most favorites is X-Files. I am a science fiction fan, so that aspect of the show appeals to me. However, what really draws me in is the fact that Mulder and Scully, although very different in their approaches to "finding the truth", have an incredibly deep love and belief in each other. They are always going out on limbs for each other because of the unshakable trust between them. To me, the expression of solid partnership in that show is touching.
