The paragraph for each reviewer on the Request a Review page is just the first section of the Reviews tab form for specifying what the reviewer does and doesn't review. You can click through to their Reviews tab using the Request a Review button, and read the rest of what they chose to specify. If there's a scroll bar on the right, you'll need to use it to see the whole thing.

They might or might not have been as specific as you would like. Filling out the form and how they fill out the form is optional and up to the individual member.

You can check the reviewer's Biography tab to see if they put a specific show or movie on their favorites list in that header.

To see if a reviewer writes in a genre, you can use the site search box in the upper left corner (while on a page or tab in their portfolio) and search This Portfolio for items in that genre.

Or you could go the other direction and use site search to look for items written about those shows/movies, and then see if the writers have their review requests set to ON. Even if they haven't filled out the form, if the request status is ON, you can request a review.
