Never touch the stuff meself. Nasty orful business, that is. Never know as what's growin' in there. Could be a plague of microscopic mollusks, or other such critters what lays us low or makes us git too profound for proper digestion, I'm thinkin'.
Heard tell of folks actually washing in it, never seen it done. Too much risk of dissolvin' the fit of the breeches, bunions, onions and such.
Now a nice bit of rain can clean the stain on the brain and make all things better when wetter. That's the stuff!
