What it says on the contest page is: Results will be posted on or around: October 21, 2020

That doesn't mean it already happened.

If the contest page itself doesn't list the winners, it hasn't happened yet. For example, see "What a Character! : Official WDC Contest" .

Also, if it's not in "Site News & Announcements" , it hasn't happened yet.

The contest page also says:
Questions regarding the contest should be emailed to: Jeff
