It really doesn't matter if you complete it or not. The fact is, by even getting those 6 words down, you've done more than 99% of the people in the world.
Don't beat yourself up over it. You're writing. You're creating. How many people have you heard say, "Oh, I could write a book," and then sit on the couch and binge watch rubbish? Well, you've written things. This year was just a bad year for a lot of people. Call 2020 a blip.
Next year, you might get back onto the horse, you might decide NaNo is no longer for you... does not matter. Just keep creating. At your pace.
