I haven't used Word much if at all and would need time to play with the program.

I suggest that you announce your need for help with this on the news feed. There should be someone who knows about Word and how to fix this problem.

The only other thing I would do if I had this issue is to copy the document, put it somewhere for safety?save it in a folder, and then play around with the Word program and a copy of your document to see if you can find the solution.
