So the setting I'm envisioning is a stylized version of the world, circa early Industrial revolution. Each country has pioneered its own unique form of technology, be it air-travel, wireless communication, cutting edge weaponry, etc. Maybe there's an airborne city in the clouds which is sort of like the International Space Station, where people from all over the globe pool resources and advance scientific discoveries.

Could make for a plot point where someone is keen on stealing something very important... a device that could change the world. (Typical Macguffin.)

At any rate, I guess we should draft some characters?
