clear out an email folder into another account
I have my sent email stored so it doesn't self delete.

This has been great in that it saved some valuable email but it has clogged my storage with eleven pages of email.

As a hoarder I don't want to delete this but I need to move it. I seem to remember downloading email to gmail from here. I don't have any idea how. So my wuestions are:

Can this be done just for sentmail folder?
If so, how?
