Until the big man makes this a reality, here is a work around I just came up with:

 Saving Forum Posts  [E]
This IN & OUT gives me links to posts I want to read again...


Right now, each post displays two ways. I will gladly make an IN & OUT along these lines for anyone who would be interested. Just let me know.
