*Target*Goals for the week of Jan. 29 to Feb. 5, 2023
I wrote this Sunday, then forgot to post it yesterday. Hanging out at Emergency for a nose bleed kind of through me off.

Writing
My goal is to write 750 words a day.
Participate in as many Writing Activities as I am able:
Mon. 6 pm Writing Buddies with Julie and Rebecca
Tues. 3 pm Blog A Series Challenge
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN
Thurs. 5 pm Reading Like a Writer - Poetry; 7 pm Poetry Drop In
Fri. 4 pm Write A Series - World Building
Sat. 11 am Mastermind
Sun. 12 Working Writer; 3 pm NWAL

Reading
I will read 25 books this year on Goodreads.com
I am continuing to read Calm Christmas by Beth Kempton and Erin Falconer's How To Get s*** Done.

Working
Figure out Aspen and get reports done there as well.
Begin work on IEPs for Term 2
Plan for my class
Get one Safety Plan resigned.

Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Get in a daily walk of at least 20 minutes.
Meditation - at least 1 session.
Drink at least 2L a day.
Eat more fiber and protein.
No eating after 8 pm.

Other
Clean cat boxes.
Garbage and Recycling Bins out.
