Update for the week of March 11 to 17, 2024
Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). I am currently over 5250 and working on adding to my daily quota for Sunday.
I have done Morning Pages each day.
Do a contest entry for WDC. Can I do more than one? I wrote a poem for the Shodows and Light Contest.
Work through my list of things I want to work on - novels, poetry. 2 poems so far.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. 7:30 pm Joyful Living workshop *chekcg*; 8 pm Blogging Call - if I have time... *X*
Tues. 7:30 pm Artist's Date *X* went to Swamping workshop for Enlivened instead. *Bigsmile*
Wed. 7 pm - either GWN or Michelle's Group. *X*
Thurs. 1 pm Paris Ready, Set, Write! *X* I worked with my client earlier in the day and was unable to attend.
Sun. 2 pm Goals and Accountability in person at TW realty.

Reading:
Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 25 books. I have read 2 books.
Continue to work through Discover Your Writing Self by Andi Cumbo-Floyd.
I am also reading Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn.
I am reading Glow Worthy by Katie Silcox and doing the meditations that go along with it.
I decided to also read the current book club choice for Enlivened - Pussy: A Reclamation.
For current book clubs I am reading A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas and The Unmaking of June Farrow by Adrienne Young.

Work:
March Break. I only work with my client this week. *Checkg*

Health:
8K a day - aim for a couple of walks this week. I could have walked more this week, but I am not completely disappointed with my step counts.
Meditation - I started each day with a series of mindful questions. I did this all 7 days.
Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day. I managed just over 1L a day most days.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - I did 4 dance sessions this week.
No eating after 8 pm. Struggled with this.
No screen time after 8 pm. Too much TV this week.
Re-establish bed time after the time change - aiming for 10 pm by March 17. I am trying, but struggling a bit at this. The exhaustion of the time change has subsided so far.

Other
Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bin. *chekcg*
Take an Artist Date or a few if I can manage it. *Checkg*I took some time exploring and writing in coffee shops after I finished working with Kyle.
Continue to work on getting my Online presence back. *Checkg* not as much done as I hoped, but something. I need to aim for one thing a day, if I can.
