Re: New Member - Looking to make writing friends.

Hi there,

I am brand new to this website and also looking for others to connect with. I received a bachelor's degree in creative writing back in 2019, but then I stopped writing altogether for a few years.

One thing that drew me to your post was that you got back into writing due to DMing DnD. While this is certainly not the same by any stretch, I actually started writing again so that I could write fanfiction for Baldur's Gate 3, which of course is a game that is based on DnD. As much as I love a good fanfiction, I have since graduated to writing my own original works again.

If the fanfiction admission didn't scare you off entirely, I would love to start making other author friends and would be happy to connect to learn more about what you do write.
