First of all I know a LOT of work went into this preparing the invites and gowns and doing all the organizing, so a big THANK YOU to PAYITFORWARD for all the hard work that was done!

Second, my suggestion would be 3 fold.

1. Don't start the killing until every guest has posted at least twice in the Ball forum (so people have an opportunity to mingle a little with everyone)

2. Take volunteers for the victims, allowing them to privately volunteer by emailing the Villain. Then they could be chosen by the villain from the pool. Victims could be ghosts, (if they choose) but would be ineligible to guess the villain's identity. Perhaps they could be compensated with 5,000 or 10,000 gps each as soon as they are victimized to make it worth their while.

3. Limit everyone to one guess, or two at the most up front.
