It is true about the feelings of bloating when it is time for your period even the dark spots under your eyes. Maybe I will stop these feelings soon it has been two years for me. I also believe that your surroundings can also start mood swings deal with your nerves and let me not forget your feelings. I have gone through alot since my hysterectomy which automatically puts you into menopause what a bummer. I will hang in here I think I have found my place to be. Thanks for having me!!
