Whew...you are a busy person! I'm doing okay here, but I'm definitely not slammin' anymore! I'm still hangin' in there with the Decathlon though. It's been a busy month to say the least.
Pain-wise...I tell you what, I wish for a new body right now. My muscles are in a HUGE flare and it's a 7 or 8 at least. I have the day off tomorrow, so that'll help some.
