Nae, Most of us here feel like you did today all the time. Simple tasks like pushing a shopping cart, pulling open a door, or reaching out to close the car door can trigger intense pain. Pain is a factor in every decision we make. Or mostly trying to avoid it(the pain). Your comment inspired me to write a satire about suffering from chronic pain. "You Know You're In Chronic Pain" 

Hope your body and muscles recover from your swin.
