Cp,[ressed nerves
They aren't sure why mine became compressed. Yes I am in pain everyday. However, since my bad nerves are in my arms, I have learned how to do more things with my feet and hips; like pushing or pulling on a door. Plus, I've learned to carry few objects at a time than I used to, and pull them close to my chest. These adjustments have helped reduce the amount of aggravation I was causing my nerves. It helps a lot, but I am still in pain.
