Hey Qundar,

1. I have three favourite movies, Search for Spock, Voyage Home and First Contact.

2. Loved Nemesis, loved that De (Deanna) got to crash the ship a second time.

3. Data is not dead in the android sense. His memories were downloaded into B4 and the Daystrom Institute and Commander Maddox have always kept up-to-date schematics on Data's positronic network. As I said in my review of Nemesis, B4 can always be upgraded to a pentium 3 (or is it pentium 4 now?)
If he walks like a duck and talks like a duck (don't forget in the final scene with Picard he started singing the song Data sang at Rikers and De's wedding)... then he will be and can be a duck!
