I don't think Cherie would ever join a nudist colony, but she's been reading Paul and Patricia Bragg's books about fasting and the healthy lifestyle and whatnot, and they talk about how tight waistbands, cuffs, collars, etc. prevent your blood from circulating and kind of mess up the body's natural systems.

I can't wait to take part in the Bouma-Holtrop conversations!!! I got super excited reading the page on wiki about the party, like what Rachel listed as being activities -- dressing up, movies, etc. Has anyone asked about me? What I'm like, all that?

Oh, random question: has Anne from Canada ever said anything about me since I stopped hearing from her? Any clues to why she never writes? Does she hate me? Did my mix taes just suck too badly for her to bear to correspond any more?? I'm really curious. If you don't mind the gossip, do tell moi!
