This is a poem about giving trust to a man.
My heart is broken, has always been
That is why so few have I allowd in
It's tender ground on which you walk
That is why sometimes I question the talk
You seem to know just what to say
To make all the pain just go away
Somethings in life are too good to be true
Hence why my feelings are so blue
I will trust what you tell me to my dying day
But please I beg of you dont just do it so I stay
I want you to love me for who I am
And know that nothing I tell you is a scam
I believe in all we have been through
And I believe in all you say you will do
So I give you the pieces of my broken heart
To put them together not pull them apart.
