Okay, so, I admit it. I am not always the strong, confident person I want others to see and believe me to be. I do try to be, but hey...we all have our off days right? So what do you do when you are having that off day? I hope you are not sitting back and letting negative thoughts eat you alive? Positive reinforcements are what the doctor ordered!

We are all wonderful people in our own special ways. It is time we remind ourselves of our personal value and the gifts we have to share with others. It doesn't matter if others notice these positives or not. As long as we do, that is what matters most. Others will notice soon enough.

So, what are some of your positive self reinforcement practices? How do you lift yourself up, when you'd rather stay down? What are your gifts and strong points? How do you lift others up?

My positive thoughts, are don't dwell on negative thoughts Always look on the bright side of life. Never worry about test results, and thinking the worse worry when it happen and the find a way to a positive solution. Don't worry be happy.

When I've reached an important milestone or goal, I often will use that as an excuse to buy a book on my wish list.

I help others. When I am low I will go out and spend money on a member of my family or a friend and that always makes me feel better.

When I'm low I try to think of creative ways to kill myself, nothing too morbid, but something whimsical that will make the evening TV news because people will be so surprised that someone would end their life that way. And they will smile. *Smile*
